Important:
Your Sutter Stone contains 4.2 billion years of thermal memory. Proper care preserves this ancestral heritage.
Heating Your Stone
Activating thermal memory safely
Soapstone (Premium):
• Optimal: 300°F for 60 minutes
• Maximum: 350°F (never exceed)
• Retains heat for 90+ minutes
Granite (Heritage):
• Optimal: 350°F for 45 minutes
• Maximum: 400°F (never exceed)
• Retains heat for 45-60 minutes
Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular Cleaning:
• Warm water and natural bristle brush
• Mild soap if necessary
• Air dry completely before storage
Avoid:
• Chemical cleaners
• Abrasive materials
• Dishwashers
